Donna Kalajian Lagani is senior vice president and publishing director of the Cosmopolitan Group, best known for its publication of Cosmopolitan magazine. Cosmopolitan is the best-selling magazine of its kind and has enjoyed record-breaking earnings under Lagani’s supervision.
Lagani began her career on Wall Street before making the change to publishing. She has worked for Woman’s Day and was the first female-publisher of Ladies’ Home Journal.
Lagani is a Penn State Alumnus with a degree in business and finance.
